Anyhow, 5k was g8, as is any race because of the atmosphere and the people there.
What was not so desirable was the ridiculous weather.
The searing heat beating against our skin whilst running.
My body continued to burn even after 2 days.
And the wait on the bridge, I felt sea sick just standing there melting and squeezed.
Freaken claustrophobia I think. Or lack of ventilation.
But ah, what an experience!
I still haven't got notice of what my timing is though, pfft. Can't google it anywhere either.
So there was a slight drizzle this morning as I was still laying in.
I do miss thunderstorms.
Though this sun is perfect for a swim.
And tan.
(And skin cancer)
